# Package and MCP availability

The current public release is `0.1.0-pre.6` and uses the npm `next` tag.

| Artifact | Current state | Install or connect |
|---|---|---|
| Codex plugin | Nine skills plus packaged local MCP | `codex plugin marketplace add extrovert-dot-dev/extrovert-skills` then `codex plugin add extrovert@extrovert` |
| Skills repository | Public prerelease, schema v2 manifest | `npx skills add extrovert-dot-dev/extrovert-skills --list` |
| TypeScript SDK | `0.1.0-pre.6` on npm `next` | `npm install @extrovert.dev/sdk@next` |
| MCP package | `0.1.0-pre.6` on npm `next` | `npx -y @extrovert.dev/mcp@next` |
| Hosted MCP | Stateless Streamable HTTP with OAuth | `https://mcp.extrovert.dev/mcp` |
| REST and OpenAPI | Hosted API and generated reference source | `https://api.extrovert.dev/openapi.yaml` |

The nine public skills are grouped by task:

- Design and integrate: `agent-email-architecture`, `extrovert-sdk`
- Connect and manage: `extrovert-connect`, `extrovert-manage-inboxes`, `configure-himalaya`
- Read and verify: `extrovert-read-inbox`, `wait-for-otp`
- Reviewed outbound mail: `extrovert-send-email`, `extrovert-writing-rules`
**Pin prereleases:** Use `next` or pin `0.1.0-pre.6`. Do not rely on the unqualified npm default while the packages remain
prerelease. The Review Loop contract is also provisional and versioned with these packages.

The repository manifest is the source of truth for the skill list and tool authorization rows.
Third-party indexing can lag publication and is not a release or integrity signal.

Free self-signup is currently paused independently of package availability. Existing agent keys,
enrollment keys, hosted OAuth, and existing accounts continue to work.
