Personal Clerk session only. A current organization owner/admin who approved a successful internal human-reviewed send within five minutes may claim coaching. Protected onboarding must be complete. Same-project sends suggest project scope; cross-project sends suggest organization scope. At most six appearances per scope target, with the existing 1h, 6h, 1d, 7d and 30d reminder gaps. Returns offer null when ineligible, too early, exhausted, dismissed or ever enabled.
