Support:submit permits filing and following your own feedback and cases, including reporting policy reads. Explicit support:read permits other records on reads; support:write permits their case updates. Project manager presets include all three. Selected-inbox access stays participant-only. Organization, project and resource ceilings always apply. account:admin does not imply support scopes. All writes use a UUID client_id, atomically commit with their receipt, and require a concrete project. Cross-scope records return 404. Never retry a send because support was submitted.
