Lists this person’s payer epochs independently of current organization membership. Historical bills and credits stay with the former payer. Page size is 50; a nonempty next_after is a continuation hint and the following page may be empty. Requires a verified human Clerk session. Agent keys and delegated connections, including Full account control, are rejected.
